- Metals are charged separately at cost price from Cooksons based on the daily grain price (including a 17% markup).
- Target delivery time is 7 days, we'll always aim to meet this but we sometimes can't guarantee.
- For 14ct, 18ct and above, casting cost is 3x normal price.
- All natural objects (twigs, seeds, etc) are subject to "by the flask" casting charges and are at the customers own risk.
- All prices are excluding Postage & VAT.

We will use customers’ own gold (no chains) for sentimental purposes only, and it must have a visible hallmark. Requires separate flasks: small flask £29.00, medium £58.00, large £85.00, ex. large £116.00 plus a standard 5% mark-up on your gold used.

Absolutely. We insure masters up to £250 each only.
Stone-set pieces can be cast but need their own flask, and this is at entirely your own risk: Small flask – £29.00, medium – £58.00, large – £85.00, ex. large – £116.00.
